Mr. Venkatraman is a highly experienced civil engineer with over 30 years of experience in managing complex projects both locally and internationally, for Indian and international clients. He has a wealth of experience in construction, with over 20 years of work outside India and 10 years of domestic construction experience. As a contract
Mr. Venkatraman is a highly experienced civil engineer with over 30 years of experience in managing complex projects both locally and internationally, for Indian and international clients. He has a wealth of experience in construction, with over 20 years of work outside India and 10 years of domestic construction experience. As a contractor Project Executive, he has handled various Bureau of Overseas Building Operations (OBO), US government projects, managing and completing them. He has also managed and completed numerous projects in India and around the world for the US government. Mr. Venkatraman is involved in every aspect of the project, from Pre-Bid to Closeout, including Warranty Management, and sets up the project governance structure. He monitors and governs the project delivery aspects, ensuring quality and timely completion. His experience includes Building & Factories in India, as well as Embassies / Consulates in India and Worldwide. Mr. Venkatraman holds several certifications, including Project Management Professional, Certified Construction Quality Control Manager for Contractors (by the US Army Corps of Engineering), and Certified in Construction Safety and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).

Mr. Rohit holds a B. Tech in Engineering and a Master’s in Management from Imperial College London. With over 3 years of experience in project management, he supports and governs the project management aspects from planning to delivery.
