As, a PMC (Project Management Consultant) and MEP Contractor BANCONS completed a School Building Project at Chikkajala – Bengaluru. As PMC INR approx. 13 crores and as MEP contractor INR 53 lakhs completed in 15 months. Total built up area (Phase 1: 20,000 + phase 2: 29,100) of 49,100 SqFt.

As, a sub-contractor BANCONS performed the Construction (including Materials & Labor) of Pre-Cast Compound wall at KIADB – Devanahalli. It is of 4-acre plot / 530 Rmt long wall, solid block masonry foundation and pre-cast columns & panels. INR 46 lakhs completed in 4 months.
Residential
Design & Construction of Stilt + G + 2 floors building (approx. 5100 SqFt) in Bengaluru. Starting from Drilling of Borewell, Conducting Soil Investigation for designing the foundation, Building permits, Design and Construction. Completed in 14 months.
- Anti-Termite Treatment: Using EPA (Environmental Protection Association of USA) approved Chemical
- Steel Reinforcement / Rebar: Using ASTM (A615) standard materials
- Structural Concrete: Using ACI (American Concrete Institute) standard mix design ready mix concrete. Designed durability of 100 years (minimum).
